2025/2026 NNPC/OERNL JV Tertiary Scholarship | Eligibility Criteria

The following criteria must be fulfilled by applicants in order to be considered for the 2025/2026 NNPC/OERNL JV Tertiary Scholarship:

• Candidates must be enrolled full-time as undergraduates in postsecondary educational institutions in Nigeria.
• are 100-level certified students when they apply.

• Applications for the Host Communities Merit Award should only be submitted by native residents of OANDO Host/Transit Communities in Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, and Imo States.
• The National Merit Award is only available to those pursuing degrees in engineering, geology, geosciences, or agricultural sciences.

Application Procedures

How to Apply: To apply for the 2025/2026 NNPC/OERNL JV Tertiary Scholarship, interested candidates must take the actions listed (below):

3. To activate your account, go to your email box.
4. To get back to the Scholarship website, click https://candidate.scholastica.ng/schemes/oandoscholarship2025.
5. To upload your data, enter your password and registered email address.
6. Upload the necessary scanned papers and provide your personal information, educational background, National Identification Number (if available), and other details.
7. Verify that the names on the application and all supporting documents are in the same sequence. If not, upload a sworn certificate or affidavit.
8. To prevent upload issues, make sure you view every document after uploading.
9. A passport photo with a white background is the best option when requested to submit a picture.
10. Verify application details again to prevent mistakes.
11. To submit your information, click “Apply Now.”
12. An email and SMS confirming the success of your application will be sent to you.
13. Go back to www.scholastica.ng, download your profile by entering your email address and password, and then have your department head sign the document.
14. For verification purposes, upload a scanned copy of the signed profile.

    After selecting “Create Account,” complete the necessary details.
    Enter your email address and password to finish the form.
    Once finished, arrange a time to have your fingerprints and photo taken.
    To finish the registration process and acquire your National Identity Number, go to any of the capture centers.
