For the 2025 Canada National Scholarship Program for International Students, which aims to assist overseas students who exhibit the capacity for original and creative ideas as well as a love of study, applications are encouraged from appropriately qualified candidates. 2025 Canada National Scholarship Program for International Students | Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be international students enrolled in Western University’s full-time academic program in Canada.
Candidates must continuously contribute to school and community life in order to show their dedication to community service.
Candidates for undergraduate scholarships must have earned the necessary credentials from an accredited university.
Candidates must exhibit exceptional academic achievement.
Candidates must have completed all Grade 12U/M courses with a minimum overall academic average of 90% (or above).
Application Procedures
How to seek: In order to be considered for the Canada National Scholarship Program, candidates must first seek to be admitted to a course at Western University in Canada that is suitable for the 2024–2025 academic year. A school must nominate a student to be eligible for the National Scholarship Program. Each school is responsible for deciding how to ask its pupils to nominate themselves and how to choose which kids will be nominated.
