2025 PICTT DELT-Her Programme
2025 PICTT DELT-Her Programme-By attracting and fostering creative engineering concepts that will eventually be mentored and transformed into startup businesses, the Developing Engineering Leaders Through Her (DELT-Her) project aims to expand possibilities for women in engineering. The initiative’s first phase’s success stories are expected to inspire school-age females nationwide to pursue engineering as a lifetime career, with the goal of bringing about a paradigm shift in support of this decision. DELT-Her draws inspiration from international initiatives such as the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of British Columbia, Girl Up! at the UN Foundation, and the Anita Borg Institute.
