Applications for the AIG Public Executives Programme (AIG PLP), which provides a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills and acquire the knowledge necessary to bring about change, are solicited from up-and-coming African public sector executives. The program’s goal is to make sure that these seasoned public leaders and those who will take on senior leadership positions in the public sector throughout the following three to seven years acquire a range of new skills as quickly as feasible.
