The Erasmus Mundus CYBERMAX Scholarship is one of the featured programmes for the Erasmus+ project for international students to study in top universities in Europe.
For all accepted overseas students, the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship offers complete funding, including tuition, housing, airfare, visa processing, and a monthly stipend of €1500 for living expenses.
Eligibility Requirements
In order for CyberMACS to be granted to you, you must meet the following general eligibility requirements:
- The official recognition of your former higher education institution is required.
- Your prior degree must fulfil our prerequisites.
- If you are asked to submit the results of an English language test, your test scores must meet our minimal requirements, and you must submit the results by the deadline specified.
- Before the application deadline, you must submit your online application together with the required supporting documentation.
Benefits
- With pride, the Erasmus Mundus CYBERMAX Scholarship waives tuition for all students, providing unhindered access to Applied Cybersecurity expertise.
- Additionally, a prestigious monthly scholarship worth 1400 euros is given to the students.
- All CyberMACS students, regardless of scholarship level, are required by the EMJM regulations to maintain a comprehensive health and accident insurance policy.
- The duration of the program will be covered by this insurance. There is no additional cost for insurance for students.
- For all chosen applicants, an Erasmus Mundus Scholarship also pays for their visa and airfare.
Required Documents
To apply, candidates must be ready to submit the following documents:
- a filled-out application
- Curriculum Vitae (Europeanss is the preferable format).
- A maximum of 1000 word cover letter showcasing how the applicant’s motivation, educational background, and professional project align with the program’s goals.
- a passport scan (if the applicant does not have a passport at the time of application, a scan of their national ID will be accepted conditionally).
- a proof of residency, such as a certified translation into English or a certificate from the applicant’s job, school, or training facility.
- a certified translation into English of an official supplement describing the courses taken and their corresponding grades, as well as a scan of an official certificate for the first cycle of a degree or another suitable credential in a bachelor’s area (i.e., academic transcripts) specified below.
The applicant must submit available transcripts, evidence of ongoing enrolment, and a statement of the end date if, at the time of application, they have not completed the first cycle of their degree.
The university’s and the appropriate higher education institution’s seals must be on the bachelor’s degree.
- at least two recommendation letters with the referees’ contact information included.
- certificates of competency in English, at least at the CEFR B2 level. The call for applications will be released together with a list of approved certifications.
- Any scholarly works in which the applicant is a first or co-author, if appropriate. If a publication is published in a language other than English, the abstract should be translated into English.
