The 2025 DAAD Double Degree Scholarship seeks to develop or implement international degree programs with joint curricula from German and foreign universities for groups of highly qualified German and foreign students who study alternately at German and foreign partner universities and earn national degrees (joint degree or double degree).
The degree programs are meant to increase teacher-student interchange and contribute to the long-term development, expansion, and consolidation of international structures at German institutions.
Eligibility Requirements
- The DAAD Double Degree Program is offered to German universities that are state-recognized.
- Bachelor’s and Master’s students, as well as faculty members from participating universities, are all eligible to apply.
- However, double degree programs in France are prohibited because they are funded by the Franco-German University (DFH).
