Scholarships from the University of Brunei Darussalam are presently available to deserving applicants who want to study in the esteemed city of Brunei.
The fully-funded Universiti Brunei Daarussalam Graduate Scholarships are available to deserving candidates who wish to pursue undergraduate and graduate degrees at the university.
The successful candidates receive a 36-month on-campus housing contract, full tuition price waivers, and reimbursement for airfare and visa costs.
Eligibility Requirements
In order to be eligible for consideration for the Universiti Brunei Daarussalam Graduate Scholarships, candidates need to meet the following criteria:
- not be older than 30 at the time of application (exceptions may be granted based on an individual basis).
- possess a First Class Degree* in a relevant field from an internationally renowned top institution, or possess a Masters Degree* and at least an Upper Second Degree in a relevant field from an internationally renowned top university.
- be able to meet the requirements for admission to UBD, including English competence)
- send in a compelling and excellent research idea.

- Certified true copy of Brunei identification card or international passport
- Certified true copies of relevant academic certificates (O Level, A Level, HND, Bachelor Degree etc), including university transcripts (where applicable) and English proficiency qualification (IELTS, TOEFL, BEC etc
