M-Pesa Africa Internship Program for Young Graduates 2025/2026-For the Financial Year 2025–2026, M-Pesa Africa is happy to announce its internship call in the following business areas: Commercial, Risk & Compliance, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Partnerships, Cybersecurity & Technology. Quarterly, from July to September, October to December, and January to March 2026, is when the internship program operates. Only during this fiscal year will there be an application call, giving you time to schedule your availability for the aforementioned quarters of the year.

M-Pesa Africa Internship Program for Young Graduates 2025/2026 Qualifications
The following are the requirements to be eligible for the M-Pesa Africa Internship Program:
- Candidates must be in their last or second-to-last year of a bachelor’s degree program, or they must have completed their final year of study at an approved university;
- During the internship, you must be off from school for any of the aforementioned quarters;
- The internship is for three months, and you can only choose one quarter of the year during which you will be available for it. You must be available for the entire internship program, which is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The requirements of the ideal candidate are:
- have a strong desire to obtain work experience and a keen interest in learning about and exploring the business world;
- outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, the capacity to obey directions, and the self-assurance to question the status quo;
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is necessary.
