The Reckitt SSA Management Trainee program is a one-year accelerated leadership career traineeship in which you will rotate between our Commercial and Supply areas, developing the breadth and depth necessary to become a global leader at Reckitt.
You will be able to work on intriguing business projects while being coached by world-renowned business executives. You will be in charge of identifying and implementing critical business strategies and processes. Working under the supervision of managers and executives on the marketing team to gain all necessary expertise to become future managers.

- Learn extensively the sales/client acquisition procedure.
- Executive leadership and team management tactics
- Public Speaking/ Conduct productive meetings on market strategy.
- Work closely with the company’s Human Resources/Finance divisions.
- Oversee and organise marketing team activities.
- Manage customer service and accounts for clients.
- Create sales territory, targets, and goals for the sales staff. Analyse sales data to discover areas for development.
- Consistently monitor results and trends for business forecasting.
- Report on Team and Individual Performance
- Develop and implement creative customer service and sales tactics.
- Develop and establish new partnerships with potential clients.
Requirements
We welcome graduates of all degrees, recent or current!
Previous experience in marketing or sales jobs, while not required, would be greatly recognised.
A combination of analytical skills and creative thinking.Effective communication and presenting skills.
