Scholarship Program for 2024 Admission to Kazakh Universities. Foreign applicants, including Kazakh nationals who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are invited to apply for full-time study under bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs in science by the Ministry of Science in partnership with the Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Scholarships for full-time study include 490 for undergraduate studies, 50 for graduate studies, and 10 for doctoral studies.
