SINGA 2024–245: International Graduate Award for Singapore
International graduate students with a global perspective are warmly invited to apply for the SINGA 2024–245 International Graduate Award for Singapore, which provides full funding for research and study at a university in Singapore. We welcome all foreign applicants with excellent academic records to submit an application. To establish the SINGA, the National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (A*STAR), and Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) worked together.

Singapore International Graduate Award 2024–2025 Eligibility Requirements
- Available to international graduates with strong academic records and research interests.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English.
- Favorable assessments from scholarly sources.
- Depending on the requirements of the scholarship program today, other requirements for selection might be added.
- The rules are subject to change at any time.
PhD programs are supported by the Singapore International Graduate Award.
- Supports the physical sciences, engineering and technology, biological sciences, and computer and information sciences.
Benefits of the Singapore International Graduate Award Scholarship
- Offers PhD funding for a maximum of four years.
- Covers tuition costs, a monthly stipend of S$2,700, which rises to S$3,200 after passing the qualifying exam, travel expenses up to S$1,500, and a $1,000 settling-in allowance.

The Singapore International Graduate Award Application Process
- Go to the official PhD research project website.
- Examine research initiatives.
- Get a valid passport and a recent passport-sized photo ready.
- Convert every transcript to English.
- Instead of mailing hard copies to the SINGA office, you should file them online.
