Singapore-ICAO Training Program for Developing Countries (2024–2025)

Applications for the Singapore-ICAO Training Program for Developing Countries (2024–2025), which is sponsored by the Singaporean government and run by the ICAO Technical Cooperation Bureau, are invited from adequately qualified individuals in cooperation with Singapore and ICAO. It offers government personnel from developing ICAO member states that meet certain requirements 330 Fellowships and 10 Scholarships to attend specialized training courses offered by the Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA).

Singapore-ICAO Developing Countries Training Program Eligibility Requirements

  • Government officials recommended by Director-General of Civil Aviation.
  • Only one applicant per course due to limited fellowships.
  • Candidates with relevant resumes or employment qualifications.
  • Classes offered: Aviation Security and Safety, Services for Air Traffic, Aircraft Administration.

Fellowship Benefits:

Singapore-ICAO Developing Countries Training Program Application Process

  • Sign in or create an iSAA.
  • Select the course application link under the “Fellowship Application Link” column.
  • Verify the date and course title.
  • Choose the nation and type of organization.
  • Complete the application form with the endorsed nomination form, passport-sized photo, and passport’s biodata page.

Nomination Form Submission

  • Approval from Director-General of Civil Aviation or equivalent.
  • Submission of direct reporting officer’s part.
  • Accessible form in copy.
  • Passport-sized photo from passport’s biodata page.
