The Rhodes Scholarships to Study in Oxford 2024–2025 for International Students (i.e., not eligible under any other Rhodes Scholarships Constituency) will formally open for applications on June 3rd, and qualified students from anywhere over the world may submit them. One hundred fully-funded scholarships are offered by Rhodes Global Scholarship, covering both the annual stipend and the course expenses at Oxford University. The stipend for the 2024 academic year is £19,092 per year, or £1,591 per month, from which Scholars will cover all living expenses, including housing.

Rhodes Scholarships 2024–2025 Eligibility Requirements
- Only accepted from ineligible applicants through any current Rhodes constituency.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old by October 1, 2024.
- Older candidates must not exceed 27 if they obtained their undergraduate degree later than usual.
- To be considered for full-time University of Oxford course admission, applicants must have completed or plan to complete an undergraduate degree.
- High English proficiency and fulfillment of University of Oxford’s English language competence standards by the application deadline is required.
Rhodes Scholarships for Global Application Process
- Prospective recipients must receive a nomination letter from their academic institution.
- Use the application form to register a suitable nominee.
- Nominations are filed and candidates can apply online.
- Document requirements include: passport, birth certificate, national registration card, official transcript, proof of English fluency, specifics on a nominee, complete resume, color head-and-shoulders photo, and a maximum 750-word personal statement.
