Applications for the Canadian Graduate Fellowship Program at the University of Manitoba are now being accepted from qualified applicants who are enrolled in the university’s master’s and doctoral programs. Students who have proven to have exceptional intellectual capacity and academic achievement are eligible to apply for the fellowships. To acknowledge and encourage academic brilliance, universities provide more than $2 million in graduate fellowships to full-time master’s and PhD students each year. In order to receive a UMGF, students need to be recommended by their department or unit to the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
