Croatia Bilateral Scholarships 2024 Requirements
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old for mobility in Croatia.
- Candidates have 30 years to apply for PhD, MA, and BA programs.
- Candidates should find a host professor or mentor for guidance and assistance.
- Application packet must include a Letter of Invitation.

- Candidates must contact national institution overseeing first selection and submit application materials via Agency’s online system.
- Nomination letter sent to national competent authority for Bilateral Scholarship Programs.
- Scholarships sent via email to Agency for Mobility and EU Programs, bilaterala@ampeu.hr, Frankopanska 26, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.
Second Application Pool Requirements
- Candidates must include recommendation letter from current Croatian language professor in application materials.
- Both candidates and professor are already nominated for scholarships.
- Application materials should be submitted via Agency’s online system.
- Documents must be provided in English or Croatian.
- Nomination letter from foreign partner institution must be forwarded via email or regular mail.
