Radboud Scholarship for International Students to Study in Netherlands 2024

This scholarship program is designed to attract talented and motivated non-EEA students who want to study at Radboud University, one of the leading academic institutions in Europe.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Radboud Scholarship, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must hold a non-EU/non-EEA passport.
  • You must not be eligible for the lower EU/EEA tuition fee for other reasons.
  • You must have obtained a bachelor’s degree outside the Netherlands, have no degrees achieved in the Netherlands, and did not receive any previous education in the Netherlands (exchange programs excluded, provided that they are part of the bachelor’s degree achieved outside the Netherlands).
  • You must meet the English language proficiency requirement for the master’s program of your choice.
  • You must have obtained a full-time admission to an English-taught master’s degree program starting September 1, 2024, as stated in the formal letter of admission.
  • You must be able to comply with the conditions for obtaining a visa for the Netherlands.
  • You must be enrolled at Radboud University as a full-time student for the academic year and master’s degree program for which the scholarship will be awarded.

Financial Coverage

The Radboud Scholarship will reduce your tuition fee to €2.530. For example, a grant holder in 2024/2025 will pay a tuition fee of only €2.530 instead of €17,000. The scholarship also covers costs for visa, residence permit, health insurance, and liability insurance for your stay in the Netherlands (Aon Student Insurance). The costs of living and studying in the Netherlands are not covered by the scholarship.

  • Talent: This means that you must have outstanding study results in your present field of study. You are expected to be a promising student in your desired field of study at Radboud University.
