- Citizens of the Caribbean Community and African nations.
- Excellent English communication skills, with French, Arabic, or Portuguese proficiency as an added advantage.

- Demonstrated research ability in trade finance, financial sustainability, industrialization, intra-African trade, investments, AfCFTA implementation, and other relevant areas.
